29 CFR 1910.1001(d)(2)(i): Each employer did not perform initial monitoring of employees who were, or could reasonably be expected to be exposed to airborne concentrations at or above the action level and/or excursion limits: (a) On or about May 22, 2017, and at times prior the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in landfill operations that included disposal of presumed asbestos containing material from customers were not exposed to hazardous levels of asbestos. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see attached "Certificate of Corrective Action" worksheet).
