29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On or about May 22, 2017, on the 7:12 pitch roof sheathing and trusses employees were attaching roof sheathing without the use of a complete fall protection system, being exposed to 9-foot 9-inch to 10-foot 3-inch fall hazards.

On or about May 22, 2017, inside the framed residence employees used 6-foot and 8-foot portable A frame step ladders that did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to gain access to the bottom of the roof trusses, exposed to from 6-foot to 10-foot fall hazards.

On or about May 22, 2017, inside the framed residence employees used the top or top step of the 6-foot and 8-foot portable A frame step ladders to gain access to the bottom of the roof trusses, exposed to 6-foot and 8-foot fall hazards.
