29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: The employer is failing to ensure that an employee who was working from an aerial lift during awning installation wore a body belt/harness and a lanyard. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 1100 West 29th Street, South Sioux City, Nebraska 68776 on or about May 23, 2017. An employee was in a JLG aerial lift without wearing fall restraint.
