29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: A) Building exterior, in lift: An employee was working in a JLG lift and was not tied off. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet, on or about April 14th, 2017. All Glass Systems was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 443114, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/2/12, with respect to a workplace located at 951 Hadden Field Road in Cherry Hill, NJ.
