On or about May 23, 2017, on the residential construction site where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet when performing roofing work without a fall protection system.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided. On or about May 23, 2017, at the west side of the residential construction site where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when trying to get to the roof of the residential home without proper access.
