29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Where exposure monitoring was required under this section, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed: 1) On or about May 3, 2017, employees engaged in class II removal of asbestos containing material in drywall texture and joint compound. The employer did not ensure that air monitoring was conducted to determine the employees airborne exposure to asbestos.
