29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) Colorado Heli-Ops, Maintenance Area: On or about May 24, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to hazards from surface contamination such as ingestion of lead due to surfaces not being maintained as free as practicable of lead. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
