29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: (a) Jobsite at 17 New England Way: On or about 5-18-17, the employer had not trained painters in safe electrical work practices, and the painters were not familiar with safe electrical work practices to protect them from electrical hazards pertaining to their job assignments, such as overhead power lines.
