(i) Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a fall protection system. 1) Facility elevated storage area: The elevated storage and maintenance area located above the men's room does not have a complete fall protection system in place to protect employees from falls of approximately 10 feet to the ground. This condition was observed on/about 24 MAY 2017.
