29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1):  Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard:    (a)  Keene Concrete, Inc. at 16th and High St., Denver, CO 80218:  On and before May 23, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure that adequate signage was posted at this construction site.  The employer was installing new curbs and gutters at this location, and there was no signage on north and southbound High Street, and westbound 16th Avenue included only one sign placed several blocks away from the work activity area.  This condition exposed employees working to the hazard of being struck-by vehicular traffic.
