This condition exposed an employee to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.106(e)(3)(v)(b): Equipment used in a building and the ventilation of the building were not designed so as to limit flammable vapor-air mixtures under normal operating conditions to the interior of equipment, and to not more than 5 feet from equipment which exposes Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), to the air. Print Shop: On or about May 19, 2017 the 102 Printing press did not have adequate ventilation to prevent the accumulation of flammable vapors in hazardous concentrations. This condition exposed an employee to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. Print Shop: On or about May 25, 2017 the employer did not ensure that a portable alcohol container was labeled correctly. This condition exposed employees to a health hazard.
