The employer did not require its employee that was performing concrete finishing work to wear safety glasses or other face protection equipment while mixing and applying the concrete mixture to prevent possible eye injury if the material splatters into the face and eyes of the worker.    (b)    On/around June 5, 2017 at the employer's worksite. located at Milby High School - 1601 Broadway Street, in Houston, Texas, the employer did not select and require gloves for its employee who was working with materials that posed hazards such as but not limited to chemical burns and being absorbed through the skin. The employer did not require its employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when the employees' hands were exposed to hazards.
