29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about May 24th, 2017 employees were exposed to up to a 12 foot fall hazard on 5/12 pitch roof while installing roofing paper without the benefit of fall protection in the vicinity of 1914 Valley Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.
