Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from the incompatible storage and potential mixing of chemicals in the workplace:      At filtration system: On or about May 25, 2017, employees were exposed to explosion, deflagration and/or fire hazards from the deficient maintenance and operation of a Dantherm Filtration dust collection system (Model: NFK-2000-5+1, SN: 314631) and system ducts to ensure that the escape of dust was minimized during dust collector discharge into storage bins.
