29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used:   a) Main room:  On or about May 24, 2017, employees using a Dewalt circular table saw were potentially exposed to  hazards due to the saw being powered by a damaged extension cord.  The outer casing of the cord was cracked and broken, exposing the conductors below.
