29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 24880 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, Alabama: On or about May 25, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities from a high slop roof without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 20.4 feet to the ground below.
