29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: At the time of the inspection, the AZON Fillameter #3902 fill machine and automatic conveyor had 6 powered pulleys that were unguarded. When the powered pulleys move the aluminum extrusions from the fill machine down the conveyor ingoing nip points are created causing a caught in hazard.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood, which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: At the time of the inspection, it was found that the Grizzly G1023 10" table saw was operated without a blade guard. On 5/17/2017 and employee operating the ripsaw received an amputation injury.
