A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:  a)  Spray finishing area, On or about Aug 29, 2017 - Two TR-4995 clear spray adhesive 55-gallon drums were stored within 2ft of the side of the operational spray booth.

29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes:    a) Bonding Department, on or about August 29, 2017 - Employees were exposed to chemical solvents such as but not limited to: SC-125, a flammable, which contained dichloromethane (methylene chloride 99%); PS 18A, a corrosive; and PS 18B, an organic peroxide, which contained dibenzoyl peroxide.  Employees were provided latex gloves which are not chemical resistant to hazardous solvents handled on a daily basis.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):  The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with either the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers or product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination there of:     a)  Polishing Department, On or about May 17, 2017 - Several containers were not labeled appropriately.  Bottles of  3M Finesse It and rubbing compound which contained hazardous chemicals such as petroleum distillates, naptha, and aluminum oxide.     b) Trim Department, On or about May 17, 2017 - A small metal container which contained SC-125 was not labeled with appropriate labels.  SC-125, an adhesive contained dichloromethane (methylene chloride 99%).
