29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a- Front of Building, 1068 US 206 South, Bordentown NJ: Two company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift.  These employees were not wearing the required fall protection at the time of the worksite inspection/exposure.   Condition observed on or about 5/26/17.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
