29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about May 24, 2017, on the 1st floor NE side of the jobsite; the employer allowed employees to use a 200-foot electrical extension cord with strain relief damage to power a circular saw.
