29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(iv): The inch operating means on mechanical power press(es), using part revolution clutches, was not designed to prevent exposure of the worker's hands within the point of operation: (a) Employees were exposed to crushing/pinch point hazards while operating the Minster Power Press number 24 (Serial No. 5-21882 & Press Type No. 5 O.B.I.) in inch mode. The employer did not ensure the inch mode was designed to prevent exposure to the point of operations.
