The most recent occurrence of this was evident on May 31, 2017 at the job site located at 2300 Diers Ave, Grand Island, NE where the employer has not developed a written HAZCOM program and has employees applying Sto Primer/Adhesive-B, 80101 adhesive to the exterior of the building as means of adhering the foam insulation.
