29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a.  2101 Tucker Industrial Road, Tucker, GA (Throughout the shop) - Employees were exposed to fire hazard. Repair technician employees are not able to open the exit doors from the inside, due to the doors are padlock shut attached to the sliding door lock of the designated emergency exit doors, preventing employees from discharging the area, in the event of an emergency, each locked emergency exit door are listed on the fire evacuation plan, on or about 06/01/17.      a. 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):   a.  2101 Tucker Industrial Road, Tucker, GA (Throughout the shop) - Employees were exposed to fire hazard. The ground level emergency exit door was mislabeled.  The sign on the exit door indicated "no exit".  However, the sign above the door and the sign pointing to the door indicated "exit", which lead to the outside.  The fire evacuation plan list this door as an exit door, in the event of an emergency,  on or about 06/01/17.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:   a.  2101 Tucker Industrial Road, Tucker, GA (Throughout the shop) - Employees were exposed to fire hazard.  Several fire extinguishers throughout the shop not in view, were not labeled/identified as to its location, in the event of an emergency, on or about 06/01/17.
