29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: a- Basement - 720 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn NY: On or about 5/25/17 site workers were exposed to electrical hazards when the ends of live wires within the floor's open, uncovered, junction boxes were covered with black tape. b- First Floor Stairway Landing - 720 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn NY: On or about 05/25/17 site workers were exposed to electrical hazards when two separate, live, electrical lines were laying on the floor with their ends covered with black tap. c- First Floor - 720 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn NY: On or about 5/25/17 site workers were exposed to electrical hazards when the ends of live wires within the floor's open, uncovered, junction boxes were covered with black tape. d- Fourth Floor - 720 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn NY: On or about 5/25/17 site workers were exposed to electrical hazards when the ends of live wires within the floor's open, uncovered, junction boxes were covered with black tape.
