29 CFR 1926.405(d): Switchboards that have any exposed live parts shall be located in permanently dry locations and accessible only to qualified persons. Panelboards shall be mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and shall be dead front: a. On or about May 31, 2017, at the above referenced worksite, employees engaged in commercial construction activities were working in close proximity to an energized panel with the dead front removed. Employees were thereby exposed to electrical shock. There is no abatement certification of documentation required for this item.

On or about May 31, 2017, at the above referenced worksite, employees engaged in commercial construction activities were working in close proximity to overhead temporary lighting that was suspended by their electrical cord(s). The lighting was in use / energized at the time of inspection. Employees were thereby exposed to electrical shock. There is no abatement certification of documentation required for this item.
