Location: Jobsite On or about June 1, 2017 employees were exposed to falls up to 15 feet to the ground below while working, where fall protection was not used.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. Location: Jobsite On or about June 1, 2017 employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from flying debris, while using powered saws and pneumatic nail guns, where eye protection was not used. The Damata Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1050049, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/23/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 30 Main Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748.
