29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: On or about April 14, 2017 the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards from elevated walking and working surfaces stairways on mixer 1 and mixer 2. The stairways were removed regularly for allergen cleaning and there was no procedure to ensure the walking-working surfaces were inspected and maintained in a safe condition.
