Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 8 feet.    Bio Industries, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 949713, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 540 Allendale Drive, Wheeling, IL, 60090.
