29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed:   a) Lunch/Break Room: On or about June 15, 2017 and at times prior, the employer failed to maintain the workplace as free as practicable from zinc oxide in that the employer allowed a lunch table used by employees to be contaminated with zinc oxide in a concentration of 92.887 micrograms.   b) Lunch/Break Room: On or about June 15, 2017 and at times prior, the employer failed to maintain the workplace as free as practicable from copper dust in that the employer allowed a lunch table used by employees to be contaminated with copper dust in a concentration of 128.21 micrograms.  c) Lunch/Break Room: On or about June 15, 2017 and at times prior, the employer failed to maintain the workplace as free as practicable from iron oxide dust in that the employer allowed a lunch table used by employees to be contaminated with iron oxide dust in a concentration of 153.75 micrograms.
