29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a- Roof Level: Employees were not using any means of fall protection while engaged in roofing work on a 9 on 12 pitched roof and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the concrete below, Condition noted on or about 05/23/2017
