29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:   (a) on or about 6/2/2017, and at times prior thereto, workers engaged in residential reroofing activities on a floating home on the Columbia river located at 14561 NW Larson Road, Portland, Oregon 97062, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet, in that fall protection was not provided.
