29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed: Employer verified correct worksite location site 405 8th Street South Naples, Florida 34102. On or about May 31, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing roofing work, used a step ladder leaned against a fix ladder to gain access to the roof and was exposed to a 7-ft fall hazard.
