29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: (a) Main Store 134 Connellsville Street, Uniontown, PA: On or about June 5, 2017, the roof in the backroom was leaking water onto electrical equipment such as but not limited to lighting fixtures and electrical boxes.
