29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed. On or about February 16, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee finishing HVAC operations while using a step ladder leaned against a work van, was exposed to a 4-ft. fall hazard.
