Metal EFX was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112427, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1402 Cotton Flat Road Midland, TX 79701.
