29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. a. a. On or about June 6, 2017, at the addressed jobsite, oxygen cylinders were not stored 20 feet away from fuel-gas cylinders, thereby exposing employees to fire hazard.
