29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure rigging equipment had permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load: On or about 6/1/2017, at the above mentioned work site, the crane operator was lifting spandrel panels with hoisting cables that did not have legible identification markings attached to them.
