29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   (a)    On June 2nd, 2017 employees were exposed to an approximant 22 foot fall hazard on a 8/12 pitch roof while installing shingles on a residential roof without the benefit of fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge in the vicinity of 807 North Fourth Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
