29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: A) On its worksite at Milby High School at 1601 Broadway Street in Houston, Texas the employer did not require its employees to utilize protective equipment to prevent eye injuries while using hand tools to drill into walls for the purpose of hanging wall fixtures.
