29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) European Style, Inc. at 847 S. Columbine, Denver, CO 80209: On and before June 8, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees who were painting and caulking the exterior of a two-story single family home were protected from fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet.
