29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:    On or about 06/08/2017,  Ground Maintenance - facility exit door was locked and  a metal grid door in front of the exit was also locked.  Employees were exposed to entrapment in the event of a fire or an emergency.    Note:  Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29. CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.

On or about 06/08/2017,  Ground Maintenance - Mechanic Shop bay area, St. Croix, VI:  Employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials such as Jet A Fuel, Gasoline and Thinner used and/or handled during maintenance repairs.
