29 CFR 1904.31(a): Basic requirement. You must record on the OSHA 300 Log the recordable injuries and illnesses of all employees on your payroll, whether they are labor, executive, hourly, salary, part-time, seasonal, or migrant workers. You also must record the recordable injuries and illnesses that occur to employees who are not on your payroll if you supervise these employees on a day-to-day basis. If your business is organized as a sole proprietorship or partnership, the owner or partners are not considered employees for recordkeeping purposes.      On or about June 8, 2017:  Approximately 20 temporary employees work in the JB Hunt facility located at 195 King Mill Road in McDonough, Georgia.  The host employer did not include these employees when maintaining the Injury/Illness Recordkeeping Logs, 300/300A forms.

29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at the time of initial assignment to tasks where occupational exposure might take place.   On or about June 8, 2017: The temp employees working in the warehouse and handling used mattresses are exposed to potentially infectious material where the mattresses brought to the warehouse have not been wrapped prior to temp employees handling these mattresses.
