29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): a) At #2 Galvanized Line, on or about August 1, 2017 - Initial sampling was not conducted when employees had exposure to chromium (VI). An employee, designated as a Millwright, was exposed to 0.389 micrograms per cubic meters of chromium (VI). Sampling was conducted for approximately 55 minutes and zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 425 minutes.
