29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was four feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about June 5, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 4 feet due to an unprotected edge on the platform/catwalk on four bay area.
