On or about June 8, 2017, the employer failed to ensure its operating procedures were current and accurate for the biodiesel process, thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with the process. THE SANIMAX USA INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.119(f)(3), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 97732, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 6 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 6, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 605 BASSETT ST, DE FOREST, WI 53532.
