29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. At the time of the inspection, it was determined that energy control procedures were not utilized when employees were maintaining and/or servicing the floor press. The electrical and compressed air energy sources were not isolated and an employee received an amputation injury.
