29 CFR 1926.651(l): Guardrails complying with 1926.502(b) were not provided where walkways were 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels:    a.) 2 Lincoln Ave, Lake Hiawatha, NJ     On or about 06/05/2017 employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 8 feet to the next lower level when utilizing a walking/working surface in order to access and egress the construction building, which was not adequately protected by a guardrail system, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems.
