The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 14 feet to the ground below while working from the basket of the aerial lift.           b)  Jobsite, front side of building, 3575 Millers Run Road, Cecil, PA 15321:  Observed on or about June 12, 2017, an employee working from the basket on a Genie GTH 844 rough terrain forklift (model number GTH 844, serial number GTH0807A-10469) was not wearing a body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket.  The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 6 feet to the ground below while working from the basket.
