29 CFR 1910.219(m)(2)(i): Expanded metal, sheet or perforated metal, and wire mesh was not securely fastened to frame. In House #9, at the manure belt on line 4/5 and other belts, on the Tecno X/2892, the employer did not ensure that custom made guards covering a power transmission gear were securely fastened to the frame of the equipment.
