29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about June 8, 2017, at 3450 Braselton Hwy, Dacula, Georgia: Two employees performing siding work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14-feet when they worked from the basket of a JLG 460SJ Telescopic Boom Lift without wearing a harness and without tying off to the basket of the lift.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITIONS)Note: 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(7) applies when the top edge of a stairrail system also serves as a handrail. On or about June 8, 2017, at 3450 Braselton Hwy, Dacula, Georgia: Three employees performing siding work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 7-feet when they used a stairs that did not have a stair rail installed along the unprotected edge.
